Chopper Takes Top Dog Honors
At Fiesta Del Paws

San Diego, CA – Anyone who has ever had a pet knows the important role they play in our lives every day. But the love and devotion of a pet is particularly important to one who is sick, elderly or disabled. Unfortunately, it's often at the time a person needs their pet the most that they are least able to care for them due to reasons beyond their control either physically or financially due to their age or health-related crisis. This is where PAWS (Pets Are Wonderful Support)  San Diego County, Inc. steps up to help.

PAWS, a volunteer driven, non-profit organization, provides essential services to assist the low-income elderly, chronically ill and disabled in keeping their companion animals when they are needed the most. PAWS was one of Bandit's favorite charities, and now it's quickly becoming one of Chopper's as well.

Chopper recently attended his first PAWS social fundraiser, "Fiesta Del Paws" in June It became memorable for Chopper as he entered and won the "Best Dressed" Dog category (who said biker dogs have no style?). Mark's not sure whether it was Chopper's leathers that did the trick, or Chopper's winning personality. It was probably a combination of the two, as Chopper won the hearts of all the ladies there as he rode around on his own personal Harley Davidson Motorcycle. And after all, as ZZ Top reminds us, "Every Girl's Crazy 'Bout A Sharp Dressed Man..."

This event will definitely be on Chopper’s “must attend” list in the years to come.  Please take a moment to visit their web site and help Chopper support this wonderful organization.
